Sausage

Today is another hot one down here and I really wasn’t looking forward to turning on the stove to make dinner. We could have called out for something or even gone out for something but I decided to make us some pizzas instead (you can find my recipe on an earlier post in the archives). Surprisingly our little pizza oven doesn’t heat up the kitchen, it must be well insulated even though it does reach an 800 degree range. The pizzas cook in about 2 minutes when the oven is fully pre-heated. I made a sausage for hubby (his favorite) and a mushroom for me (my favorite) and then a few to take over to the grandkids for tomorrow when I go give our daughter in law a hand with some decorations for her classroom this year tomorrow evening. Here are a few pictures of the ones I made tonight, altogether I made 6, we ate two so I have four for the kids to enjoy. Wherever you are I hope it isn’t as hot as it is here.
